At FORA, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased (less shipping charge).
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card/debit card / net banking/bank transfer / other, once we receive the product we will credit your account.
FORA shall not be responsible for any Loss/damage due to natural calamities, accidents, mistake by shipping service provider.
FORA shall and cannot be liable for any damages/loss due to lack of proper shipping information.
How To Return Or Exchange An Item:
Please send us an email at fora9496@gmail.com before initiating the return. We recommend you to send via a reliable courier or speed post with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Pack the product in a slim pack with bubble packing so that they are safe during transit.
